Can I be put on the waitlist?

No phone calls are accepted to be added to the waitlist. You must be present to add your name to the waitlist.

Do I need reservations?

Reservations are not required. Walk in's are Welcome.  Reservations can be made Online. We do not take reservations over the phone. We allow bookings to be made up to 30 days in advance of the your desired date. If the time being requested is blocked out,  it's not available. You can walk in and will be placed on a waitlist.

What is the max number of guests for a party?


How far in advance can reservation?

We allow bookings to be made up to 30 days in advance of the your desired date.  For Group Dining of Parties of 10 up to max of 16  a  deposit of $20 per person is required to to confirm large party reservation. The deposit will then be applied toward your food & drink.


We request you arrive no earlier than 15 mins prior to your reservation time. In addition, we have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your reservation is no longer valid and you will be placed on the waitlist.  
No outside food or beverage is permitted in the restaurant without prior authorization.

Patio is dog friendly

If a significant amount of time has passed, we will ask to accommodate your party at the bar out of consideration for other guests who are on the waiting list. We typically will not make this request less than two hours after you have been checked in for your reservation. 


We courteously ask that our guests abide by our dress code policy while dining at SugarJam. We require appropriate attire at all times.  The following clothing items are not permitted:

-  Excessive Sagging / Baggy Pants

-  Inappropriate graphics or language on clothing 

- No Exposed Under Garments
Admittance into SugarJam The Southern Kitchen is at the discretion of the management. We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed, under the influence, and/or are wearing articles of clothing containing vulgarity or language that guests may find offensive.
